Meet the broker - Mark Hasse

Mark Hasse, Broker / Owner of Hasse-L-Free Realty,  has been providing real estate services to Sellers and Buyers of residential real estate for 30 years.  Mark carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything he does, and has built Hasse-L-Free Realty  on pride, commitment and attention to detail.  From the outset, Mark's goal was, and remains, to "provide our customers with the finest real estate service available".   Whether you are a Buyer or a Seller, getting you the best possible price, within your required time frame and with the least amount of inconvenience is his commitment.

 

A lifetime resident of Shelby Township (Eisenhower HS Graduate), Mark has seen the vast and growing changes of our community and the surrounding areas.   Upon graduating from High School, Mark proudly served in the Army as a Combat Engineer.  With an extensive wrestling background, Mark also wrestled for the Army-Hawaii Wrestling Team.  While in the Army he also accomplished numerous Military accolades to include the Non-Commissioned Officer Academy, Leadership Development Training, Air Assault Certification, and numerous other Army and Military medals and ribbons.

Upon receiving an Honorable Discharge from the Army, Mark attended and graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree, majoring in Finance. Mark uses the knowledge learned from these business and finance courses and his real-life experiences when guiding his clients in their real estate endeavors.  He was also a member of the CMU Wrestling Team where he forged lifetime friendships and connections.

 

Soon after graduating from CMU, Mark embarked on his career in real estate.  Along the way he has implemented proven processes that "streamline" both the buying and selling of your home.  Using these processes shortens the sales timeline and helps eliminates some of the stresses that buying or selling a home can bring.  Honesty, integrity, and attention to detail are a few of the traits that Mark delivers on when you enlist his services.

 

Mark is the proud father of 3 beautiful daughters, enjoys golfing, biking, and traveling.  Living life to the fullest is Marks quest.  Having grown up in Shelby Township, Mark found it fitting that he open an office in the heart of Shelby Township at 23 Mile Road and Van Dyke.  It is here that he plans to continue to leverage his know-how and experience and exceed his client's expectations.  His straight-forward approach to helping clients led to his company slogan of "Let us take the HASSLE out of buying or selling your home".   He has implemented systems to guide both Buyers and Sellers that minimize the aggravation and stress when dealing with real estate transactions.
